SWIMMING POOL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules and guidelines:

Hotel guests may use the pool free of charge.
Walk-in guests are welcome for an entry fee of ₱150 per head (adult or child).
Towel service is free for hotel guests and ₱50 per towel for walk-in users.
Private pool rental is available for ₱5,000 (good for up to 20 guests, 8 hours). Inquire at the front desk.

3. Health & Public Safety Regulations

Swimming is at your own risk. One lifeguard is on duty.
Intoxicated individuals are not allowed to swim.
Pets are strictly prohibited in the pool area.
Jumping, diving, running, and horseplay are not allowed.
The pool ranges from 3 to 6 feet deep, with a gradual slope.
Patrons must wear proper swimming attire. Cotton fabrics and jeans are not allowed.
Swim caps are encouraged but not required.
A cleansing shower is required before entering the pool.

4. Children & Supervision

Children aged 12 and below must be accompanied by an adult.
A 2-foot deep kiddie pool is available.
Babies must wear swim diapers (not provided by the hotel).
Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the behavior and safety of their children.
Parental consent is required for minors.

5. Food, Drinks & Corkage

Food and drinks are not allowed in the pool itself.
Guests may order from the hotel restaurant for poolside service.
Bringing outside food is allowed but must be declared at the reception before entering the pool area.
A corkage fee applies for outside food, starting at ₱250 and may vary depending on the quantity.
Guests must check with the reception for the exact corkage rate.
Guests must also bring their own utensils if bringing outside food.
Failure to declare outside food or drink may result in additional charges added to the pool entry.

6. General Conduct

No firearms or weapons are allowed on the premises.
Personal valuables should not be left unattended.
Guests not listed in the registration form are not permitted to use the pool.
The hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury.
The hotel reserves the right to deny access or remove guests violating any rule.
The pool may close during severe weather or for exclusive bookings.
