DAVIDSON HOTEL FUNCTION HALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Function Hall Availability & Rental Time

Function halls are available for 8-hour use anytime between 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Schedule must be finalized upon booking.

Extension of time is allowed for all types of events, with additional fees: Additional hourly rate based on the hall’s rental fee divided by 8, plus ₱500 per service staff (regardless of hours extended).
2. Function Hall Rates

Celina Hall (up to 15 pax): ₱4,000
-
Paula Hall (up to 30 pax): ₱5,000
-
Akami Hall (up to 45 pax): ₱6,000
-
Cristina Hall (50–80 pax): ₱7,000
-
Beulah Hall (80–100 pax): ₱8,000
-
Keilah Hall (100–150 pax): ₱20,000
Prices are for venue rental only. Catering and other services are not included.
3. Inclusions
All hall rentals include:

Sound system and microphones
-
Wi-Fi connection
-
Complimentary bottomless coffee
-
Fully air-conditioned rooms
-
Complimentary bottomless coffee — only available if food is availed
Note: Coffee is not included for venue-only rentals unless food is ordered from Davidson Hotel.
4. Booking & Payment

20% downpayment is required at least 2 days before the event to secure the reservation.
-
Full payment, including catering and additional charges, must be settled 1 day before the event.
5. Decorations
-
Clients may bring their own decorations.
-
No taping or nailing on walls.
-
Any damage to property will be charged accordingly.
-
Additional set-up charges may apply.
6. Catering & Food Policy
-
In-house catering is available upon request.
-
Outside food is allowed but:
-
No hotel staff will assist in food handling.
-
All external food must be clearly marked as not prepared by Davidson Hotel.
-
A tarpaulin must be displayed to indicate this.
-
Corkage applies to all food, utensils, water, etc.
-
Corkage rates may vary; please inquire during booking.

7. Technical Equipment & AV Use

Clients may use hotel AV equipment (included in rental).

Bringing your own equipment is allowed with the following corkage:

LED Wall: ₱5,000
-
Sound System: ₱5,000
-
Both: ₱8,000
-
Projector and Screen: ₱1,500
-

Technical support during the event is provided.
8. Function Hall Use & Access

Events must be concluded on time based on agreed schedule.
-
A spare room is available for event prep (e.g., weddings, debuts, birthdays).
-
Breakout rooms available upon request.
9. Parking
-
Parking is available for up to 5 medium-sized SUVs behind the hotel.
-
Must be arranged in advance.
10. Event Types Allowed
-
Seminars, meetings, weddings, birthdays, debuts, and other special or corporate events.
11. Event Planning
-
Event planning assistance is available upon request.
12. Cancellations & Refunds
-
Cancel 7 days before event: 100% refund
-
Cancel 3 days before event: 50% refund
-
Cancel 1 day before event: No refund
